We generally start with a 30 minute phone call to learn about your business, your most feared competitors, and what your expectations of a new website will be. We need to know everything that you imagined for your website; so please don’t hold back. It’s important to know that we would work well together, so this phase allows us to get to know each other a little bit. I like connecting with my clients on a personal level, so I can ensure I am providing you with exactly what you need. After our discussion, I’ll be sending over a formal proposal outlining everything we talked about, and soon thereafter, we get started.

design

After we know what it is you are looking for in a website and we have a signed proposal back, we get to work planning out how we will execute your project. This is where we will be spending our time developing a basis layout for your website, so you can see what it would look like and where things go. Consider this the design aspect of what you see when you visit your website. This is the building block of producing a final project you are proud to call your own.

develop

After the design is approved and ready to go, we begin developing the site on your chosen platform (WordPress, Joomla, Muse, etc.). This is where the pieces begin to come together, and all the boring backend stuff gets setup; such as shopping cart integrations, contact forms, support ticket platforms, etc. After the development is done, we will be testing your site like its 1985, and preparing the final project for launch.

launch

Before this happens, we perform a final complete check of the site, to ensure the tests come back solid. Together, with you, we determine if there are any last changes we need to make before letting the world know you exist. We implement those changes and we are ready for launch!

That last 50% of the proposal is due before that is done. GO LIVE! Exactly what it sounds like. We send your website off to the inter webs for all to enjoy.
